upon the subscribers first access to the secure portion of the APRNews.com web site.
Access from any other IP
address other then the first one recorded will be deemed as a prohibited access
and the subscriber will be billed a penalty fee of not less than the
normal yearly subscription fee at the time of access for each additional IP
address recorded. If the access is deemed to be the result of sharing
the subscribers access with another individual or individuals then the
proper state and federal authorities will be contacted and provided the
IP address of the access with a request that charges be filed for theft
of services and the subscribers access will be terminated. We cannot stress enough, do not lend out your access

NE Bankruptcies Fall |
 |
 |
Bankruptcies have dropped 73% nationwide with Nebraska dropping more than 69% in 2006 thanks to
Bankruptcy reform!
"The New Bankruptcy Law Reverses the Old Trend"
Under the old Bankruptcy
system individuals could relieve the burden of medical and unsecured credit
card debt by filing a couple of simple forms. It became the norm
rather then the exception and it was considered a common and
accepted practice. In some social circles, people would vainly brag
on how many times they had filed and beat the system.
Times have changed; now the courts
force those who meet the new guidelines to forgo credit counseling
before any consideration of full bankruptcy!

Bankruptcy is
no longer the cash cow of America!
