Question:
What are public records?
Answer:
Public
records are those records which a governmental unit is required by law to
keep or which it is necessary to keep in discharge of duties imposed by
law. A record is a "public
record" within purview of statute providing that books and records
required by law to be kept by county clerk may be received in evidence in
any court if it is a record which a public officer is required to keep and
if it is filed in such a manner that it is subject to public
inspection.

Question:
When accessing your web, sometimes I'm asked to enter my username
and password more than once. Why is this?
Answer:
For security purposes our system may generate a second request
for logon when you move through multiple directories. This will insure that the person entering did not generate the username
and password on the fly or by accident.
Question:
If I forget my username or password can I request a new one?
Answer:
No, we track each user by username and password. Tracking takes place when
you logon to our secure network. Our system, based on your unique username
tracks how many days you have left in your subscription to
access the secure network. It also tracks your ISP address and how many
times you access the secure network each day.
We will change your username and or
password only if fraudulent access is suspected.
However, in the event that you do forget
your username and or password, you may request your username and password be sent to you via email by completing our
lost username and password
request
form.
